3 mm insole: Can be used immediately after a forefoot surgery in the presence of very important bandages and bandages.
6 mm insole: Can be used during rehabilitation and in the presence of bandages and swelling of the forefoot.
9 mm insole: Can be used as a standard insole (inside the shoe).
